To make your shopping experience even better, we offer FREE shipping on all orders nationwide, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Times

We process orders promptly to ensure you receive your products quickly.

  • Orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) from Monday to Saturday will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders placed and confirmed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within the following timeframes:

  • Major Cities: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 3 to 4 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, or logistical challenges.

Courier Services & Order Tracking

To provide reliable and widespread service, we partner with multiple reputable courier services.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

In the event that a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, the customer's refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to collect the package from the courier office, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please be aware that you may be required to cover the cost of reshipment for the order.
